Quick and Easy Vegan meal

Here is a delicious quick and easy vegan meal!

All you will need is…

  • Arugula
  • Thin Rice Noodles
  • Green beans and/or corn (Optional)

I know that all you will need!

Instructions:

  1. Boil some water
  2. Put the rice noodles and Green Beans / corn in bowl
  3. Pour boiling water on them
  4. Wait 30 seconds to 4 minutes
  5. Drain The Water
  6. Add arugula
  7. Mix
  8. Eat Up!

Thats it! Easy as that! It is sooo good!!
