Here is a delicious quick and easy vegan meal!
All you will need is…
- Thin Rice Noodles
- Green beans and/or corn (Optional)
I know that all you will need!
- Boil some water
- Put the rice noodles and Green Beans / corn in bowl
- Pour boiling water on them
- Wait 30 seconds to 4 minutes
- Drain The Water
- Add arugula
- Eat Up!
Thats it! Easy as that! It is sooo good!!
