Bring sick is awful. Especially since you can’t do anything. Here are some easy activities to do if you are sick.
Curl up under a soft blanket with a cup of tea and an easy book
String beads together, try knitting
Do some gentle stretching
Drink some herbal teas or veggie juices.
Talk to someone
Have someone make you soup
Order soup and have it delivered
Light a candle or two, listen to relaxing music and just stare out the window.
